CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT SOLUTION – CONSPRO IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

Birleşik Uzmanlar Bilişim A.Ş., a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Gold Partner and Independent Software Vendor (ISV), is seeking to train and onboard a Construction Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Business Administration graduate to implement and specialize in CONSPRO, the Construction and Project Management Solution embedded within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

CONSPRO is a comprehensive Construction and Project Management solution used by leading construction companies in Türkiye. It integrates with Primavera and MS Project and enables end-to-end tracking of sales, procurement, progress payments, employer-subcontractor relations, cost management, accounting, and reporting processes.

Job Description

• Receive training on relevant modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the CONSPRO Construction & Project Module, progressing to Solution Consultant level
• Perform solution implementations for construction projects
• Deliver key user trainings
• Analyze customer needs, identify development requirements, and communicate them to the Development Team
• Prepare and execute project plans for solution adaptation based on client requirements
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience
• For Industrial or Business Administration candidates: hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX 2012, or other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS) in project implementation and consultancy
• For Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineers: proven field experience in construction and site operations, proficiency in BIM applications, and familiarity with Primavera and MS Project
• Strong command of written and spoken English, or actively working to improve
• Willingness to travel
