Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician + Plumber capable of performing dual responsibilities on a construction site. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and plumbing networks in accordance with UAE safety standards and project specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Work

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, distribution boards, switches, and lighting systems.
• Assist in the installation and termination of cables (LV/MV if required).
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and site plans.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA/ADDC regulations and UAE safety codes.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective actions.
• Coordinate with MEP and civil teams for electrical provisions.

Plumbing Work

• Install and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and water heaters.
• Handle PPR, PVC, copper, and GI pipe installations.
• Perform cutting, threading, bending, and pipe fitting.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, or blockages.
• Interpret plumbing drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Repair and replace plumbing components as needed.
• Work with the site team to ensure timely MEP installation.

Requirements

• At least 2–5 years of UAE or GCC experience in electrical and plumbing work (construction preferred).
• Solid knowledge of UAE safety regulations and MEP installation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (MEP, shop drawings).
• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment related to both trades.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in construction site conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing (preferred).
• Basic English communication (Arabic an advantage).

Additional Requirements (Optional)

• Valid UAE manual driving license (preferred).
• Experience with fire-fighting piping or pump rooms (optional).
• Familiarity with HSE procedures and PPE usage.
