Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Construction Site Safety Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and implement all aspects of health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring the safety of personnel, subcontractors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the site to identify potential hazards.

- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Ensure compliance with local and national health and safety regulations and industry standards.

- Conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and briefings for site personnel, including emergency preparedness and equipment usage.

- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents on-site, documenting findings and recommendations for corrective action.

- Prepare and submit regular safety reports to management, documenting findings, improvements, and ongoing safety initiatives.

- Manage and maintain safety equipment and ensure all site workers have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve safety-related issues.

- Facilitate safety meetings with contractors and supervisors, promoting a culture of safety awareness.

- Keep up to date with changes in safety regulations and implement new safety practices as needed.

Pay: BD450.000 - BD500.000 per month
