Construction Skilled Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be involved in various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and equipment as directed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Projects vary from carpentry, plumbing, electrical, siding, foundation repairs, windows, doors, earth moving, roofing, Remodeling, renovations, additions and new construction. Must be willing and able to become proficient in several construction disciplines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or skilled labor required.
• Must have basic hand tools and power tools.
• Must have reliable transportaton
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 90 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is Required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must adhere to safety regulations and practices at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
