Construction Superintendent

Cooper Construction & Development is seeking a driven, disciplined Superintendent who takes total ownership of the jobsite and delivers excellence in safety, quality, and schedule. The ideal candidate is a proactive field leader who manages all subcontractors, maintains a professional and organized site, and communicates clearly with both project managers and clients.

This role requires daily use of Procore, including accurate daily logs, jobsite photos, manpower tracking, and percent-complete updates for every active task. The Superintendent must enforce a strong safety culture, maintain high-quality workmanship, and anticipate issues before they impact the schedule.
