Construction Supervisor / Landscaping Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor from Interior or Landscaping background to oversee and manage a range of projects, including interior construction, pool installations, and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to lead diverse teams. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily activities of construction teams on interior, pool, and landscape projects.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Review blueprints and plans, providing input and recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage and inspect the quality of work from subcontractors and in-house staff.
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, material costs, labor hours, and other necessary documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Resolve issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively, minimizing project disruptions.
• Provide leadership and training to team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, specifically managing interior, pool, or landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• In-depth understanding of safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field preferred.
