Consultant - Design & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our team in producing high-quality educational videos for public health training. The role includes creating videos using AI tools, editing existing content, and ensuring that all outputs are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create educational videos using AI video-generation platforms based on scripts, storyboards, or training modules.
• Edit existing public health training videos, including trimming, adding captions, illustrations, animations, voiceovers, and relevant visuals.
• Use AI tools to enhance content quality (auto-captioning, image generation, scene creation, upscaling, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy of educational content and maintain clarity appropriate for health workers and trainees.
• Work closely with the content and instructional design teams to understand learning goals and produce videos that support training outcomes.
• Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring easy retrieval for future use.
• Deliver videos within timelines and ensure consistency with brand and training guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience using AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia, Pika, Adobe AI tools).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Ability to translate complex public health concepts into simple and engaging visual content.
• Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
