Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed patient evaluations, including health history and physical examinations

Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences

Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle changes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Requirements

MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Family Medicine is required

Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment

At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in Family Medicine
