Job Title: Legal & Government Relations Officer (Female)

Location: Riyadh / Dammam (depending on company needs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified female Legal & Government Relations Officer to join our team. The candidate must be a law graduate registered in Saudi Arabia with experience in dealing with government entities, legal procedures, and compliance requirements. She will be responsible for managing company legal matters, government relations, and ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all company legal affairs, contracts, and compliance matters.
• Liaise with government ministries, authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Draft, review, and manage company legal documents, agreements, and MoUs.
• Provide advice on Saudi labor law, commercial law, and corporate regulations.
• Manage and process company’s government-related services (Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Justice, etc.).
• Ensure legal compliance for licenses, registrations, permits, and contracts.
• Represent the company in legal cases, arbitration, and dispute resolution when required.
• Support HR and management in employee legal issues, visa processing, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (mandatory as per this role requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (registered/recognized in KSA).
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in legal and government relations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Ministry portals).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive legal matters.
