Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and board certified Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious hospital in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, aesthetic outcomes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate surgical or non surgical treatments.
• Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, blepharoplasty, and facelifts.
• Deliver reconstructive surgeries such as scar revision, post trauma reconstruction, and congenital deformity correction.
• Administer non invasive treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and thread lifts.
• Ensure comprehensive pre operative and post operative care and follow up.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, and anesthesiology teams for integrated patient care.
• Participate in CME activities, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Board certified in Plastic Surgery (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent).
• DHA/HAAD license or eligibility letter required.
• Minimum 5 years post specialization in a hospital or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Proven track record in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient centric approach.
