About the Role

We are looking for smart, confident, and proactive individuals to join our team as Immigration Consultants. This role is open to freshers and sales professionals who are eager to accelerate their career in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates through calls and in-person meetings.
• Provide accurate guidance to individuals aspiring to move abroad.
• Understand customer needs and explain services clearly and confidently.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the team to improve candidate acquisition strategies.
• Assess client profiles and assist in building tailored visa application plans.
• Manage end-to-end case filing (after training).
• Support candidates in taking real steps towards a life-changing move.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates or Postgraduates (any stream) may apply.
• Freshers are welcome – full product and process training will be provided.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.
• Should be eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready for growth.
• Smart, proactive, and confident personality.
