Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Initiate new connections within the organization at country or region level, to facilitate work progress within own area.
  • Coordinate and interact with relevant teams (Creative, Logistics, Marketing, etc.) to execute required tasks.
  • Act as time-keeper on projects. Check proactively with all relevant teams that the actions they have to fulfill are on schedule.
  • Escalate immediately any impactful project issue (significant delay, critical data discrepancy) to direct manager for proper guidance.
  • Provide survey documents (screeners, questionnaires, raw data templates) and proof reading master questionnaires and relevant translations from vendors.
  • Assess completeness and consistency of individual raw data and/or aggregate data received from vendors by executing quality controls.
  • Conduct data analysis. Generate toplines and draft full reports (with conclusions).
  • Debrief conclusions and report outputs with senior colleagues/manager.
  • Deliver final presentations to internal stakeholders based on guidelines provided.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Human Sciences, Engineering, Statistics and Psychology.
  • Minimum 3-4 years work experience of Marketing Research on the agency side.
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Build effective interpersonal relationships and develop a network of internal peers across other functions. Work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Understand the interrelation between each other's tasks and take them into account to plan own tasks, especially while working with multiple teams.
  • Functional Skills: Knowledge of different types of research (some experience in Product Testing is a must) & application of the same, different tools used for Market Research - SPSS, Cross Tabs, Quantum etc.
  • Capacity to defend and argument on statistical choices and reasoning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel – generating Pivots/ working with functions (fx), running VLOOKUP etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data Analytics: Sound knowledge in statistics (t-test, ANOVA, Correlations, Linear regression) and proficient at Data Analysis.
How Would You Stand Out?
  • Working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Outlook is desirable.
  • Basic Awareness & understanding of perfumery is a plus.
  • Ability to generate as well as effectively showcase insights to internal & client teams.
