Company Overview:

Our client, a major and renowned Personal Care FMCG distributor of products ranging from Haircare, Skincare, and Fragrances, is seeking a highly creative and dynamic Content Creator. This role involves producing high-quality content that aligns with their brand's vision, driving engagement across social media, PR & events, and performance marketing campaigns for their team in Dubai, UAE. They are exclusively recruiting current residents in Dubai with experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation for Brand Management:
  • Develop compelling content that supports brand strategies and elevates brand awareness.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content formats, including written, visual, and video.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology, incorporating them into content creation.
  • Social Media Content Development:
    • Create engaging and on-trend content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and create timely content that resonates with the target audience.
    • Plan, produce, and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing calendar and campaign goals.
  • Public Relations & Events Content:
    • Generate content for press releases, event promotions, and media kits.
    • Collaborate with the PR team to create visuals and written material for product launches, media events, and influencer collaborations.
    • Capture and share live event content across social media platforms, creating real-time engagement opportunities.
  • Performance Marketing Support:
    • Assist the marketing team by producing content for paid campaigns, including ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to create data-driven content optimized for performance, adjusting based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborative Efforts:
    • Work closely with the design and video production teams to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with brand aesthetics.
    • Partner with influencers, bloggers, and other external creators to co-develop content that expands brand reach.
    • Take an active role in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in content creation, with a focus on fashion/cosmetics and technology industries.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing work across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
    • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging written and visual content.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
    • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

    Skills:

    • Creativity and innovation in content production, with a keen eye for trends and aesthetics in fashion and beauty.
    • Understanding of digital marketing principles and performance optimization.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of content creation best practices and influencer marketing.

    • Data-Driven Content Strategy: Ability to interpret analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and adapt content strategies based on performance data to maximize engagement and conversions.
    • Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and external creators, creating co-branded content that expands audience reach and enhances brand credibility.
    • Event Coverage & Live Content: Experience in generating live social media content during events, ensuring real-time engagement and post-event coverage that sustains audience interest.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and sales teams in aligning content with broader company goals.
    • Multitasking & Time Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Copywriting & Editing: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct content across various platforms.
