Content Creator

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, educational, and creative content for Foxbrain’s digital platforms (social media, website, YouTube, and marketing materials). The role involves both educational content creation (for classes, curriculum, PPTs, worksheets, videos) and marketing content (reels, posts, blogs, captions, ad copies).

Key Responsibilities:

A. Academic / Educational Content

• Develop PowerPoint presentations, scripts, and worksheets for subjects like Personality Development, Mental Math, and Robotics.
• Create lesson plans and visuals to support trainers during classes.
• Ensure that content aligns with the age group (5–15 years) and the learning objectives.

B. Marketing / Social Media Content

• Create social media posts, reels, stories, and short videos highlighting student achievements and class activities.
• Write captions, taglines, and ad copies for promotions.
• Work with the design and video editing team to finalize creatives.
• Research trending formats, hashtags, and ideas to boost engagement.

C. Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with the academic and marketing team to ensure consistency in brand tone.
• Maintain a content calendar for posts and campaigns.
• Track engagement performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills (English + basic Hindi understanding preferred).
• Creative mindset with ability to simplify complex topics for children.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Video scripting or voiceover experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
