Key Responsibilities

• Create short, engaging videos and reels while appearing on camera to explain topics clearly and confidently.
• Plan, script, and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Design simple and visually appealing posts and thumbnails using Canva.
• Edit videos and reels using tools like CapCut or similar software.
• Manage and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Analyze content performance and share improvement ideas for better engagement.
• Collaborate with the founder to ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Comfortable being on camera and explaining concepts naturally.
• Basic understanding of social media management (posting formats, trends, engagement).
• Familiarity with Canva for designing posts and CapCut for editing videos.
• Strong communication skills and good command of written English.
• Creative mindset with attention to visual details and storytelling.
