  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms (web, social media, email, blogs, video, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to plan and produce campaign content.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and publication across channels.
  • Write and edit content that is clear, consistent, and optimized for SEO.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
  • Mentor and guide junior content creators, ensuring adherence to brand tone and content standards.
  • Work closely with brand and product teams to ensure messaging alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in content creation, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.
  • Proven portfolio of digital content, including blogs, videos, campaigns, and social media.
  • Experience with SEO, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand voice.
  • Experience with visual or video content creation is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
