Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Editor to join our food and beverage marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the F&B industry, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform raw captured content (photos, videos, reels, stories) into engaging, high-quality posts optimized for social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of current online trends, viral formats, and platform-specific editing techniques to maximize audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance captured photos and videos for posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Apply creative storytelling techniques while keeping the brand’s tone and visual identity consistent.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral challenges, and popular formats relevant to the F&B industry.
• Optimize content for each platform’s specifications and algorithms.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns.
• Select music, captions, and hashtags that resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time for scheduled postings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video and photo editing for social media (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok editing styles, Stories, and trending content formats.
• Knowledge of color grading, transitions, overlays, and typography for social content.
• Awareness of current trends in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food styling and presentation.
• Understanding of social media analytics and how editing style impacts performance.
• Basic graphic design skills for adding text, branding, and layouts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
