Job Description (JD):

The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content ideas and ensuring that each video aligns with the channel’s niche, audience interests, and growth strategy. They work closely with the scriptwriting, editing, and SEO teams to deliver consistent, viral-worthy content optimized for YouTube.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of YouTube content creation and audience engagement.
• Excellent research, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, YouTube analytics, and keyword optimization.
• Creativity and ability to think strategically for audience retention and growth.
• Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, or Asana).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
