We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our Dubai marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling, design, and digital media — someone who can translate ideas into impactful visuals and content that capture attention and build our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Produce compelling visuals, reels, and property videos that highlight the lifestyle and investment appeal of our listings.
• Collaborate with real estate consultants, photographers, and videographers to create professional and on-brand content.
• Write engaging captions, short-form copy, and blog content aligned with our brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up to date with real estate trends, market insights, and social media algorithms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Support marketing events, campaigns, and photo/video shoots with creative direction and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (experience in real estate or luxury brands is a plus).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker who can balance strategy with execution.
