A Visual Content Creator is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates a message, tells a story, captures moments, or promotes a brand, product, or service through photography and videography.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Visual Storytelling:

• Capture images and videos that tell a compelling story and evoke emotions towards our target audience.

• Adapt to different styles and storytelling approaches, depending on the project objectives.

• Use various equipment available to capture visually appealing images and videos in line with the project requirement and objectives.


2. Conceptualize and Ideation:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for design projects in line with the Marketing Calendar.

• Translate concepts into visual designs that convey the desired message.

• Create a storyboard prior to the shoot.


3. Location Scouting:

• Identify suitable locations for photo and video shoots.

• Consider factors such as lighting, backdrop, and logistics.


4. Events and Photo Sessions:

• Photograph or record various event detail such as guests, entertainment, branding elements, location, etc.

• Capture subjects in a creative, aesthetically pleasing, and as per the project objective.


5. Post-Production:

• Edit and retouch images and videos to achieve desired effects and quality.

• Use a variety of video editing software for video post-production.

• Ensure that all visual content meet the quality and standards established by the dealership.

• Incorporate feedback and revisions into the design.


6. Compliance and Licensing:

• Ensure that content adheres to copyright and licensing regulations.

• Obtain necessary permits for shoots, if required


7. Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain photography and videography equipment to ensure its functionality and longevity.


8. File Management

• Organize and maintain a digital library of images, ensuring efficient file management and backup procedures.


9. Safety Measures:

• Adhere to safety guidelines when working with equipment, models, and in various shooting locations.


10. Stay Current with Technology:

• Keep up to date with the latest photography and videography equipment, software, and techniques.


11. Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and competitor visuals to remain at the forefront of innovation.


12. Time Management:

• Meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously as per the Marketing Calendar.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography and videography experience.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in related studies.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English.
