Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content writing, social media content creation, basic design, and trend research. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of digital content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, ads, and campaigns.

Plan, script, and execute short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/YouTube Shorts).

Generate creative ideas aligned with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience needs.

Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors.

Write clear, compelling captions, scripts, and storytelling-based content.

Collaborate with the design, marketing, and video editing teams to deliver content on time.

Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting.

Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms.

Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats.

Monitor content performance and provide improvement suggestions based on analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.

Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Ability to create engaging video content (basic shooting with mobile is acceptable).

Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.

Understanding of social media trends, hooks, formats, and engagement strategies.

Knowledge of SEO and content optimization (preferred).

Creativity, originality, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Time-management and multitasking abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing roles.
