About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, fast-thinking Content Creator who lives on social media, understands trends before they peak, and can shoot + edit high-quality content using just their phone.

If you’re comfortable creating talking-head videos, b-roll snippets, aesthetic product shots, behind-the-scenes clips, and knowing what works on Reels/TikTok — this is the role for you.

You’ll play a major part in producing daily content for multiple brands, supporting our social media team with fresh, engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot mobile-first content (Reels/TikToks, talking heads, b-rolls, aesthetic shots, UGC-style videos)
• Edit videos quickly on-the-go using apps like CapCut, VN, or InShot
• Identify trending audio, formats, and viral concepts
• Assist with brainstorming content ideas and scripts
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots, events, or client visits
• Work closely with the social media team to align content with strategy
• Ensure all content matches brand tone, style, and guidelines
• Organize footage and maintain a content library
• Deliver quick turnarounds for daily/weekly content requirements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels & TikTok trends
• Skilled in mobile shooting (iPhone/Android) — angles, lighting, composition
• Ability to edit fast and creatively using mobile editing apps
• Comfortable in front of the camera if needed (optional, but a plus)
• Ability to think visually and tell stories in short-form formats
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple brands
• Proactive, creative, and always aware of what’s trending
• Basic photography/videography knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
