We are looking for a highly creative and self-motivated Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and a strong understanding of digital content trends. This role requires the ability to create high-quality visual content, manage social media platforms, and generate engaging marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video content for real estate marketing, including property tours, promotional videos, and social media reels.
• Edit videos professionally with smooth transitions, effects, and sound enhancements.
• Capture and edit engaging photos and posters for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop on-the-spot content for social media to highlight real-time updates and property insights.
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Research and implement the latest digital marketing and social media trends to enhance engagement.
• Plan and execute creative ideas for posts, reels, and other content to attract potential clients.
• Work closely with real estate agents and visit developers’ offices to create promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a high standard of visual quality in all marketing materials.
• Requirements & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Content Creator and Video Editor, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong skills in photo editing and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to produce high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content for social media.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media trends, marketing strategies, and engagement techniques.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
