We’re looking for a full-stack, hands-on Content Creator/Product Marketer who can turn our voice, story, customers, industry trends, and product advantages into content that engages, educates, and drives pipeline.
You’ll be responsible for creating content that reaches real estate investors and investment companies where they are, from scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts to SEO-powered resources, from podcast clips to thought leadership narratives that position our CEO as the voice of expertise in real estate investing.
What You’ll Create (Daily + Weekly)
- Social Media
- Short-form video clips
- Podcast snippets + recaps
- SEO-driven long-form articles that still read human & authoritative
- Educational content (market trend explainers, playbooks, mini-guides)
- Demand content tied to features, pain points, and objections
- Landing page + email copy for launches and campaigns
- Repurposing: webinars → clips → carousels → email → SEO → social
- Product messaging and positioning
In this role, you’ll own the full content lifecycle from concept to distribution.
- Developing brand-led narratives that establish a strong, recognizable Left Main voice and connect with serious real estate investors.
- Turning podcasts, webinars, and interviews into high-performing, short-form content.
- Creating SEO content that ranks but also converts, addressing real investor pain points and search intent without sacrificing voice.
- Translating product features, customer wins, and market trends into compelling stories and positioning statements.
- Repurposing core content into multiple formats, squeezing maximum value and reach from every asset (e.g. webinar → clips → blog → email → social threads).
- Tracking performance, monitoring engagement, retention, CTR, and lead impact, and iterating with the team to double down on what works.

- Our online presence grows consistently in reach, comments, and authority
- Our ICP (real estate investment companies) engages regularly with our content
- Content becomes a recognisable part of deal flow (“I saw your post…”)
- We generate more SEO traffic that actually converts, not just ranks
- Every podcast/webinar turns into a full content piece

Experience We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of content creation experience (marketing, media, SaaS, or agency)
- Proven examples of content you’ve written or produced that drove engagement or demand
- Strong writing/editing skills e.g. social, blogs, landing pages, scripts
- Comfort editing short-form video clips
- SEO + content intelligence is a plus, but voice > keywords
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
