About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to support our marketing and online presence. This role involves producing high-quality photo, video, and static content, managing social media platforms, and helping communicate our services, customer education, and brand values in a clear and engaging way.
You will work closely with our team to bring ideas to life while ensuring our content remains accurate and aligned with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce engaging static content such as graphics, educational posts, infographics, promotional materials, and customer-friendly informational slides.
- Capture and edit photo and video content, including treatment overviews, behind-the-scenes clips, staff features, customer education, and general clinic updates.
- Create video content for Reels, TikTok, Instagram, and longer formats as needed.
- Ensure all content maintains clinical accuracy and respects customer confidentiality.
Content Production & Shooting
- Plan and organize photo/video shoots in collaboration with the team.
- Film procedures, events, interviews, and clinic activities.
- Maintain equipment and ensure high production quality.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and post content across multiple platforms.
- Manage day-to-day posting of feed content, Stories, Reels, and live videos.
- Monitor social media interactions, respond to messages, and engage with followers.
- Ensure all content aligns with clinic branding and healthcare best practices.
Strategy & Reporting
- Collaborate on monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Stay informed on healthcare marketing trends and platform updates.
- Track analytics and provide recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, videography/photography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and healthcare-appropriate content.
- Ability to translate clinical information into clear, engaging, patient-friendly content.
- Comfortable filming in a clinical setting and guiding staff during shoots.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or a similar professional environment.
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and social media strategy.
