Content Creator (Tech & B2B)

We’re looking for a smart, tech-savvy Content Creator to power our sales and marketing engine. You’ll create content that builds trust, authority, and inbound interest across the USA and GCC markets — two very different audiences, both looking for clarity and value.

This is not a fluff-writing role. You’ll turn real project insights into carousels, landing pages, case studies, pitch decks, and social content that directly supports lead generation and deal-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, blogs, and marketing campaigns
• Write LinkedIn posts, case studies, and carousels tailored to USA & GCC business audiences
• Create and maintain pitch decks, proposals, and service one-pagers
• Support BD teams with outreach content: email sequences, follow-ups, and landing pages
• Translate complex tech topics (AI, automation, enterprise software) into business-impact messaging
• Track content performance (reach, engagement, lead impact) and optimize messaging
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and creative identity
• Deliver 10–12 content pieces/month minimum, with bonus tied to content output and traction

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation (B2B, SaaS, tech services, or agency)
• Creative thinking + the ability to execute quickly
• Strong understanding of tone, positioning, and storytelling for business audiences
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, Grammarly, Google Analytics
• Confidence with smartphones/cameras and basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Able to research independently and turn business goals into messaging
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments (Sales, Tech, CEO)
