Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the content strategy for all platforms, including websites, social media, ebooks, articles, and lead generation materials.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop content that aligns with Biotecnika's goals and engages our audience.
  • Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Delivering cutting-edge content and resources for students, researchers, and professionals in the biotech, life sciences, and bioinformatics fields. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our content production.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in biotechnology, life sciences, and education to develop relevant and timely content.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive content production.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, driving traffic and conversions through compelling copy.
  • Track content performance through analytics and make data-driven improvements.


Skills Required:


Biotechnology Knowledge (Preferred): A strong understanding of the biotech, life sciences, or

bioinformatics fields will be advantageous.


Content Strategy Development: Ability to craft effective content plans for multiple platforms

and formats (websites, blogs, social media, ebooks, lead generation, etc.).


SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices to optimize content for better

ranking and visibility.


Social Media Management: Proficiency in creating and managing content for platforms like

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.


Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS tools like WordPress or others to

publish and manage content efficiently.


Copywriting & Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to

adapt tone and style for different audiences.


Analytical Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to measure

content performance and make data-driven improvements.


Project Management: Ability to manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows, ensuring

all deadlines are met.


Creative Collaboration: Experience working with design and multimedia teams to create

cohesive, multimedia-rich content.


Marketing Automation: Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms.


Experience Required:


  • Proven experience (minimum 3-4 years managerial experience) in content management, content writing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for biotechnology, life sciences, or a background in the field is a plus.
