About the Internship

We are seeking a Content Marketing Intern for a 30-day, part-time internship designed to give you real-world experience and operational understanding.

This internship program is unpaid, but high impact. At the end of 30 days, interns will be evaluated for potential hire into a paid, part-time position as a Marketing Content Specialist at $30/hour.

This is an opportunity to:

• Receive mentorship from Sales and Marketing professionals, including direct mentorship under our Director of Project Coordination
• Build and showcase portfolio-ready work
• Apply your writing and visual content skills in a real business environment

All approved work created during the internship may be used in your personal portfolio and résumé.

What You Will Do

As a Content Marketing Intern, you may learn how to support marketing initiatives across multiple mediums and channels, including:

Content Production

• Write, edit, and produce marketing content across various platforms such as webpages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
• Draft and schedule marketing emails
• Create social media post content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
• Assist with the development, production, editing, and posting of ad creatives and marketing copy

Copywriting and SEO

• Craft persuasive, on-brand webpage copy
• Optimize content for SEO, clarity, and conversion performance
• Translate technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing language

Creative and Visual Work

• Help create or edit social media ads, visuals, and promotional assets
• Support basic video editing for short-form content
• Use marketing and design tools to produce or enhance creative assets

Training and Support

We expect prior writing or content creation education, but full on-the-job training is provided for our systems, tasks, and brand identity**.**

This is an educational internship with guidance on both industry best practices and our own internal practices and preferences.

Ideal Candidate

• Educated in writing/marketing/communication or have education-equivalent experience
• An aspiring marketer, writer, content creator, or creative professional
• Skilled in copywriting, content creation, or visual design
• Comfortable with digital tools and social platforms

• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Teachable, open to feedback, able to learn new information and communicate concepts clearly
• Looking to build a strong portfolio and/or transition into a paid role

A high-performing intern may be offered a paid, part-time role as a:
