We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist — a creative storyteller and digital marketer who can bring ARC’s voice to life across web, email, video, and social media.

The Role

The Content Marketing Manager is a key player in ARC’s growing marketing team.
You’ll create content that attracts, engages, and converts — from writing 20 Group case studies to producing short-form video captions, email campaigns, and blog posts.

You’ll work closely with ARC’s Director of Marketing & Media and the Marketing Operations Manager to execute strategic campaigns that drive measurable results and strengthen ARC’s national brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and edit blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and web content.
  • Produce and manage dealer success stories, 20 Group case studies, and campaign copy.
  • Support the production and promotion of ARC’s podcast (Dealership DNA)* and Justin Osburn’s upcoming book project*.
  • Create video scripts, captions, and social reels in collaboration with the marketing media team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Ops Manager to align all content with campaigns and KPIs.
  • Manage ARC’s social channels and ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Develop and schedule content calendars in HubSpot and other digital tools.
  • Track performance metrics (email engagement, traffic, conversions) to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Your Impact

You’ll be directly responsible for telling the stories that grow ARC’s audience and convert attention into leads.
Your work will help drive:

  • 3x increase in inbound leads for 20 Groups
  • 25+ new 20 Group members in 2026
  • Podcast audience growth to 2,000+ subscribers
  • 40% year-over-year increase in website traffic

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Proven ability to write engaging and professional marketing content (samples required).
  • Experience managing content calendars, email campaigns, and social media pages.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals — SEO, storytelling, brand tone.
  • Comfortable using CRM or automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Background in automotive, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Experience producing or promoting podcasts, video series, or long-form content.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of basic analytics and campaign reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $17 - $25.00 / hour (negotiable based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually
  • $1,250 quarterly for content output and engagement goals
  • $1,000 annual creative excellence bonus
