About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing & SEO Specialist who can elevate our Product Engineering and Retail & F&B POS business through compelling, high-impact content and data-driven SEO. You’ll be responsible for creating, optimizing, and automating content journeys that drive visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
· Create high-quality, conversion-focused content — blogs, case studies, landing pages, whitepapers, newsletters, and videos — that attract and convert B2B audiences.
· Plan and execute an SEO strategy covering keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to boost organic traffic.
· Develop HubSpot-integrated lead generation campaigns, including workflows, landing pages, CTAs, and automated nurture sequences.
· Build social-first content (LinkedIn posts, carousels, short videos) to amplify brand presence and engagement.
· Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to produce campaign assets aligned with business goals.
· Track and improve performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include achieving a 15% quarter-over-quarter increase in organic website traffic and a 20% growth in inbound lead generation through HubSpot campaigns. The candidate is expected to ensure progressive improvement in keyword rankings, maintaining more keywords in the top 10 search results. Additionally, the lead conversion rate from landing pages and email workflows should remain above the industry average. Finally, maintaining a consistent content velocity of 6–8 high-quality content assets per month will be a key measure of performance.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 3–6 years’ proven experience in Content Marketing, SEO, and Lead Generation, ideally in Retail Tech, F&B, or SaaS.
· Hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub — email automation, workflows, CRM integration, and reporting.
· Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
· Strong command over storytelling, copywriting, and keyword optimization for B2B audiences.
