We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who’s equal parts storyteller, strategist, and systems thinker. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact by helping us deepen our bond with existing customers and attract new ones who fall in love with what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product + Website

  • Crafting clear, compelling product descriptions and content that reflect our brand and drive sales
  • Ensuring product listings and details across websites are accurate and engaging
  • Managing product images, monthly promotions, and web merchandising updates

Content + Storytelling

  • Developing blog posts that inform, entertain, and rank (hello, SEO!)
  • Coordinating content calendars and campaigns across email, social media, and blogs
  • Supporting branding efforts to ensure consistency across all marketing channels

Social Media + Engagement

  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing content for all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Managing social reputation and community engagement
  • Producing performance reports and recommending adjustments to improve results

Campaigns + Collaboration

  • Partnering with the Director of Marketing to support our annual marketing strategy
  • Working alongside the Creative Services team to develop visuals and content
  • Supporting the Sales Team with materials and campaigns that fuel revenue growth

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or e-commerce
  • Working knowledge of social media best practices and platforms
  • SEO/SEM and basic HTML/CSS knowledge (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; photography and video editing are a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills — clear, engaging, and on-brand
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for creating work that connects

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
