Job Description:

Are you excited to take a leading role in shaping creative strategies that advance women’s sexual wellness and health? Do you bring a strong foundation in marketing, design, and content creation—and the drive to innovate rather than simply assist? We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our in-office marketing team in Nashua, NH. In this role, you will independently develop, execute, and refine a wide range of content across our products, brand initiatives, e-commerce platforms, email campaigns, and social media channels. As a key contributor, you will help steer creative direction, elevate brand storytelling, and drive impactful marketing projects including product merchandising, content development, video concepts, and both online and offline campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing and Editing: Assist in writing and editing blog posts, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing content.
  • Product Merchandising: Create, write, develop and implement effective product merchandising to optimize product placement, increase visibility, and drive sales.
  • Multimedia Content: Help create and edit graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Content Scheduling: Assist in maintaining the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of content.
  • Email Campaigns: Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns
  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for content creation.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or related fields—through prior roles or substantial hands-on work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Advanced writing skills, capable of producing engaging, clear, and grammatically accurate content.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and SEO principles, with the ability to apply them to enhance content performance and visibility.

Bonus Skills/Experience Preferred but no required:

  • Photography experience
  • Video editing experience

Compensation/Job Type:

  • $20.00/hr-$30.00/hr
