We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Content Strategist (Blackhat Content Specialist) to lead our advanced, performance-driven content initiatives. This role focuses on unconventional, algorithm-exploiting SEO strategies designed to achieve rapid visibility, traffic acceleration, and competitive search dominance.

The ideal candidate understands the balance between aggressive growth tactics and risk management, leveraging deep technical SEO knowledge and creative problem-solving to deliver measurable results in fast-moving digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Blackhat content strategies aimed at rapid ranking, SERP dominance, and traffic growth.
• Build and manage high-volume content pipelines using automation, keyword saturation, and content replication frameworks.
• Research and exploit algorithmic loopholes, ranking triggers, and behavioral patterns to craft data-driven content campaigns.
• Oversee and optimize hidden or cloaked content strategies while ensuring brand message integrity.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and technical teams to align Blackhat content execution with link-building and off-site initiatives.
• Manage private publishing networks, automated blogs, and link exchange systems for strategic distribution.
• Conduct regular analytics, performance tracking, and penalty recovery analysis.
• Continuously optimize content for conversions, CTR, and engagement using advanced manipulation techniques.
• Stay ahead of algorithmic changes, adjusting strategies to maintain visibility and mitigate risk.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and cross-team communication to guide content direction and campaign impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy or SEO, with proven experience in Blackhat content marketing.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and manipulation strategies.
• Proficiency in automation tools, AI-driven content generation, and private network optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, data-backed storytelling approach.
• Demonstrated record of delivering measurable growth through aggressive SEO tactics.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Copyscape, and other content intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CMS systems, and algorithm-bypass techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong adaptability to algorithmic updates, penalties, and content-ranking volatility.
• Understanding of both Whitehat and Blackhat SEO ecosystems to balance risk, innovation, and performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
