Senior Technical Content Writer
to develop, refine, and maintain high-quality technical content that communicates our products, services, and technologies effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical concepts, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create engaging, accurate, and user-friendly content for multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management

Develop, write, and edit a wide range of technical content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, web content, product documentation, and user guides.

Translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise, and accessible language for different audiences.

Maintain and update content repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product releases.

Ensure content reflects the company’s voice, tone, and branding standards across all channels.
Research & Collaboration

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and marketing teams to gather insights and technical details.

Participate in product demos and discussions to stay informed about new features, tools, and technologies.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to produce authoritative and relevant content.
Quality & Optimization

Edit and proofread technical and marketing content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy.

Optimize written content for SEO and readability to enhance digital visibility and engagement.

Conduct peer reviews and ensure consistency in structure, tone, and terminology across all content types.
Content Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute a content strategy that aligns with organizational goals and marketing objectives.

Identify content gaps and propose innovative ideas to improve user engagement and knowledge sharing.

Recommend and implement tools and processes (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, CMS) to streamline content creation workflows.

Mentor junior content writers, providing guidance on writing standards, structure, and technical accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years
of experience in technical or B2B content writing, preferably in software, IT, or SaaS industries.

Strong ability to explain technical topics in an engaging, audience-appropriate manner.

Experience with documentation and content management tools such as
Confluence, Markdown, CMS platforms, or Notion

Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
