We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead storytelling and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to create content that resonates with our audience and supports business growth. This is a hands-on position that blends content creation, brand building, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Develop content for multiple formats — digital, social, campaigns, and more.
  
  

Brand Voice & Messaging

• Refine and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and communication touchpoints.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop high-impact campaigns that increase awareness and drive conversions.
  
  

Performance Tracking & Insights

• Monitor content performance using analytics and derive insights to refine future strategies.
• Make data-backed decisions to improve engagement and reach.
  
  

Ownership & Accountability

• Take full responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Ensure all content initiatives are aligned with team goals and customer needs.
  
  

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or strategy
• Background in interiors, construction, or furniture is an advantage
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Proactive, creative, and willing to experiment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong sense of ownership
