We are seeking a Content Supervisor to join our team, taking ownership of digital shelf content and helping drive commercial success for our clients across top e-retailers in the GCC and beyond.
The Juicy Stuff:

Develop and execute content strategies for platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, AlNahdi, Lulu, Taw9eel, Panda, Nana, and others

Lead creative ideation and copywriting for product detail pages, A+ content, banners, and campaign assets

Oversee the rollout of high-impact product descriptions and visuals, working with creative teams across regions

Streamline content operations for efficient, multi-market campaign delivery and e-merchandising
-
Conceptualize and implement ecommerce activation campaigns with internal teams
-
Act as a bridge between global brand guidelines and GCC/local execution, ensuring content is globally aligned and locally relevant

Work closely with analytics teams to track digital shelf metrics—visibility, ranking, accuracy, availability, and competitor activity

Support major product launches with end-to-end digital shelf strategy

Continuously improve client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency

Coordinate with agency and client teams globally (Europe, Asia)
What you are rocking:

4+ years’ experience in ecommerce content, digital shelf management, or similar roles
-
Proven results with FMCG, beauty, or multi-category brands on leading Middle East e-retailers
-
Strong copywriting, content strategy, and project management skills
-
Data-driven and comfortable working alongside analytics teams

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution

Fluent English required; Arabic a strong bonus

Locally based (UAE or GCC preferred)
