About the Role

We are seeking a creative, meticulous, and results-driven Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional writing experience, a strong grasp of digital content best practices, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. Prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment is a significant plus. This role is based in Delhi NCR, and we strongly prefer candidates located in or around Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, original content for a variety of platforms including:
• Website pages and landing pages
• Blog posts and articles and guest posting
• Social media captions and campaigns
• Email newsletters and marketing collateral
• Case studies, whitepapers, and product descriptions
• SEO Implementation: Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Research: Perform in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and originality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and SEO teams to align content with brand strategy, marketing goals, and visual assets.
• Editing & Governance: Edit and polish existing content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand voice and editorial guidelines.
• Content Strategy Support: Contribute ideas to the content calendar and assist in developing new content formats and strategies to increase reader engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven professional content writing experience.
• Agency Background (Preferred): Experience working with multiple clients/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting will be highly valued.
• Location: Residing in or a strong willingness to commute to our office in Delhi NCR. Preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi.
• Writing Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable grammar.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
