We’re reinventing the market research industry. Let’s reinvent it together.

At Numerator, we believe tomorrow’s success starts with today’s market intelligence. We empower the world’s leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior and the influencers that drive it.

At Numerator, we believe tomorrow’s success starts with today’s learning. We empower our operational teams by creating impactful, engaging, and data-driven learning experiences that build skill, culture, and capability.

Numerator is looking for an exceptional Content Writer to join our Training team. This person will design, refine, and deliver high-quality eLearning and training content that aligns with Numerator’s global standards.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with structure — someone who can transform raw ideas and training inputs into polished, interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to create, edit, and refine eLearning modules aligned with Numerator’s tone, standards, and learning objectives.

  • Review trainer-provided drafts and enhance clarity, flow, and learner engagement through impactful writing and storytelling.

  • Develop and integrate voiceovers and other multimedia elements to enhance the overall learning experience.

  • Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) — upload, test, and regularly audit modules for accuracy and performance.

  • Conduct content and learner experience audits to ensure quality and relevance across all training materials.

  • Create additional learning resources (soft skills, technical, or process-based) as per evolving business needs.

  • Facilitate and coordinate both live and virtual training sessions, ensuring strong participant engagement.

  • Track and analyze learning data, including feedback and quiz responses, to identify learning gaps and improve content effectiveness.

  • Partner with multiple teams to ensure learning programs stay aligned with business priorities and process updates.

  • Support the overall learning strategy through creative content development and learner-centric design thinking.
