Content Writer

● Write engaging blogs, website content, campaign copy, ad headlines, and social

media posts.

● Develop SEO-optimized content strategies for digital growth.

● Collaborate with designers and marketing managers to create integrated campaigns.

● Conduct research on real estate trends, competitors, and audience insights.

● Maintain brand tone and consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in content writing for digital marketing or real estate.

● Proven SEO writing skills and familiarity with tools like Yoast, SurferSEO, or SEMrush.

● Strong grammar, storytelling, and editing abilities.

● Initially freelance/contract (6 months); potential for Assistant Manager role based on

performance.
