Role Overview
We’re seeking a Content Writer who can blend storytelling with financial expertise to:

Craft engaging CRM content across WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and in-app comms that drives customer engagement, retention, and referrals.

Write thought leadership pieces (articles, blogs, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts) to position Prosperr.io as a trusted voice for CFOs, HR leaders, and salaried professionals.

Support performance marketing with ad copies, landing page content, and campaign messaging that convert.
This role requires agility to move between short-form CRM comms and long-form brand-building narratives, always staying consistent with Prosperr.io’s brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Lifecycle Content

Develop high-conversion WhatsApp, email, push, and app copy for onboarding, reminders, referrals, and retention journeys.

Build persona-specific content flows for both salaried professionals and CFOs.

Collaborate with Growth/CRM teams to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and open/click rates.
2. Thought Leadership & Brand Content

Research and draft insightful articles, LinkedIn posts, and whitepapers on tax-tech, payroll innovation, compliance, and employee financial wellness.

Partner with the CMO for bylined leadership articles and strategic narratives to elevate Prosperr.io’s industry voice.

Ensure content reinforces Prosperr.io’s positioning as the Sage (clarity, knowledge) + Hero (empowerment, solutions).
3. Performance Marketing Copy

Write crisp, high-impact ad copies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) that drive CTRs.

Collaborate with design teams on landing page copy that communicates clarity and maximizes conversions.
4. Brand Alignment

Maintain consistency in tone:

Translate complex tax/finance concepts into accessible, engaging language.
Preferred Background

2–5 years of content writing experience, preferably in fintech / BFSI / SaaS startups.

Proven track record of writing lifecycle CRM content (emails, WhatsApp, app notifications) that engages and converts.

Strong portfolio of thought leadership content (blogs, LinkedIn articles, whitepapers) for B2B audiences.

Familiarity with financial products (taxes, payroll, compliance, lending, investments).

Comfort with performance-driven copywriting (ads, landing pages, campaign CTAs).

Basic exposure to SEO, LinkedIn growth content, and storytelling frameworks.
