BuildOwn Developers, Kerala’s leading villa developer, is looking for a Content Writer with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to create clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our brand, projects, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit content for websites, brochures, social media, blog posts, and marketing materials.

Create project descriptions, brand stories, and real estate–focused write-ups.

Research topics and develop simple, informative, and original content.

Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns.

Proofread all content to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Produce SEO-driven blog articles to improve brand visibility.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a Content Writer.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of digital content trends.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience writing for real estate, construction, or lifestyle brands.

Ability to create marketing copy, captions, and campaign content.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, MS Office, and other digital platforms.

Blog writing experience (highly preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
