Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Writer Trainee who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. The selected candidate will start as a trainee, and upon successful completion of the training period and performance evaluation, will be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging, clear, and original content for social media, websites, blogs, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Research industry-related topics to produce accurate and relevant content.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain deadlines and manage multiple writing tasks simultaneously.
• Follow creative briefs and adhere to agency standards and client expectations.
• Learn and adapt to the agency’s writing style, communication flow, and campaign requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Fresh-6-month experience required.
• Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Ability to conduct research and convert ideas into clear content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation and presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
