Key Roles & Responsibility

Facilitate the articulation of organization's values in collaboration with the founding members and CXOs of the organisation

Act as the custodian of organization's values and communicate them effectively on various platforms, formats and channels

Engage with key leaders to proactively understand emerging trends and interests of the consumers/market and direct on how those needs/expectations will be met

Drive impressions, and revenue by building and sustaining lasting relationships with consumers and create a vibrant and engaging community

Co-create strategies and approve the various execution plans for each quarter, and oversee delivery of the same on an ongoing basis

Review all content that goes out, validate its relevance and ensure that all platforms are being utilized to their potential

To assist in meeting required numbers via CTR, open rates etc
