Content Writer (Full-Time, On-site)

At TheXtudio , we are not looking for someone who just writes.

We are looking for a thinker . Someone who understands tone, timing, and storytelling.

We want a real writer , not someone who depends on ChatGPT or any AI tool to do the job. This position is for genuine writing talent, someone who can express ideas naturally, with clarity and emotion.

You will be writing:

• Social media posts for brands and creators

• YouTube video scripts

• Proposals and client messages

• Captions, bios, and website copy

• Any form of content that needs originality and purpose

What we expect:

• Strong command of English grammar and sentence flow

• Ability to write in different tones and formats

• Understanding of how content performs across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Collaboration with our in-house and remote teams

• Openness to feedback and commitment to deadlines

This role is not for you if:

• You depend on ChatGPT or other AI tools for your first draft

• You lack your own creative voice or ideas

• You cannot maintain consistency in your work

If writing is something you take pride in and you can create content that feels human and meaningful, we want you on our team.
