Continuous Improvement Engineer

Our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry , is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive performance, eliminate losses, and build a culture of continuous improvement at their Conyers facility.

This is your chance to step into a role where technical leadership meets cultural transformation —shaping the future of high-speed manufacturing through TPM, Lean, and Zero Loss Culture principles .

What You’ll Do

• Lead root cause analysis to eliminate losses and boost equipment reliability
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to unlock efficiency gains
• Coach teams on Daily Management Systems and capability building
• Deliver rapid changeover improvements and support major capital projects
• Champion data-driven decision-making with advanced digital systems

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
• Strong experience in a manufacturing setting, FMCG or similar
• Proven success in performance improvement and loss elimination
• Strong technical leadership and cross-functional coaching ability

Bonus Points For:

• Food, beverage, or CPG background
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Expertise in TPM, SPC, and rapid changeovers
