Contract Engineer/Manager

Arrjavv is a leading real estate development company seeking an experienced Contract Engineer to oversee our multiple projects:

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating tender documents, monitoring subcontractor performance, and maintaining meticulous contract records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiation: Create, review, and negotiate contractual terms with external parties.

Execution and management: Oversee the signing and ongoing administration of contracts, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.

Risk mitigation: Identify and address potential risks within contracts to protect the organization.

Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters and communicate with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, and procurement teams.

Record keeping: Maintain organized and accessible records of all contracts and related correspondence.

Compliance and renewal: Monitor contract performance and manage the process for renewals or terminations.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and contract law.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project management techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with software like Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Qualification & Experience:

• Candidate must have Degree and Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical.
• Must have experience of 10-12 yrs

Candidate Profile:

• Must have experience of 10-12 yrs
• Only MALE candidate shall apply residing in Kolkata.
• Must have knowledge of ERP (Farvision)
• Looking for immediate joiner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
