Contract Manager

A Renowned Real Estate Developer, Client of Welspun GCC, is looking for an experienced Contracts & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end contract formulation, vendor management, and procurement operations at Mumbai (Lower Parel) Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage RFPs, tenders, vendor shortlisting, and rate analysis.
• Negotiate with vendors and finalize contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Administer contracts—ensure statutory compliance, resolve contractual issues, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Drive billing verification, material reconciliation, and maintain vendor performance records.
• Build and develop regional teams on processes and contract management practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and identify opportunities for cost-saving and operational improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Projects, Design, Finance, and cross-functional teams for seamless contract execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Civil Engineer with 5 + years of experience in Contracts & Procurement within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, pricing, materials, and project requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, process adherence, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to resolve contractual issues and streamline procurement efficiency.
