Job Summary:

The Senior Sourcing Associate will be responsible for managing low-complexity and low-risk sourcing transactions, including short-form contracts, SOW and NDAs. The role involves contract review, negotiation, and execution of sourcing strategies for indirect categories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract management and indirect procurement, with a focus on delivering value through effective negotiation and supplier engagement.

- Review and interpret contracts (short-form, NDAs)

- Manage renewals and expirations

Negotiation

- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for assigned transactions

Sourcing Execution

- Handle low-risk/low-complexity sourcing transactions

- Execute sourcing strategies for lower spend categories

Category Expertise

- Work across indirect sourcing categories (e.g., IT, Non-IT, Consulting, HR, Marketing, Facilities, etc.)

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to company policies and risk mitigation in contracts
