Contracted Dentist Extraction/Jail Setting

We have the opportunity to serve a correctional facility in Fond du Lac, WI that are in need of extractions and fillings for a large portion of their inmates. These facilities have the equipment and chairs on site. This would be available to be done any day of the week at the Dentist flexibility of availability. This facility would like a provider onsite 1 day per week - with the possibility of more!

Who is Jet Dental?

We are a mobile, on-site dental provider for corporations nationwide. We provide preventative and restorative care including cleanings, X-Rays, exams, fillings, and teeth whitening on-site. EXPERIENCE:

• General Dentistry
• Excellent positive attitude and customer service skills
• Experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact preferred
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment
• Correction experience preferred but not required

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:

• Willingness to complete background check for correctional facility
• Willingness to do online security training per correctional facility policy
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of employment
• Personal liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (Preferred)
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• All Certifications and Licenses required for this job must be kept current as a condition of continued employment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Personal transportation
• Compliance with all health & safety regulations and state dental practice requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the clinical staff at each event worked
• Complete patient exams
• Educate the patients
• Fillings, extractions

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,750.00 per day
