Florida Housing Finance Corporation is recruiting an individual with professional work experience to conduct compliance and monitoring reviews of Florida Housing’s various affordable housing programs. Work experience with credit underwriting, loan processing, or permanent loan servicing is desired. Additionally, experience income and asset qualifying affordable housing program applicants for rental assistance programs, or single-family housing assistance (such as the SHIP program) is desired. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is professional and tactful in written and verbal communication and pays strong attention to detail.
This is not a supervisory position. This is a highly independent position that is responsible for verifying or providing a reasonable assurance that the entity under review is following laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, contract terms, and program requirements that govern the Florida Housing programs and contracted services. This is predominantly analytical work assisting with in-depth file reviews, updating review checklists, reviewing documents, and drafting reports. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Coordinator.

This is an in-person position in the Tallahassee office of Florida Housing Finance Corporation. We do not offer remote work options.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Anticipated hiring salary is $45,000 - $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Florida Housing provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, vision, short and long-term disability insurance, and other miscellaneous programs.
